Passed away peacefully at the CSSS-IUGS Argyll Pavillion on October 3, 2011 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Thelma Dunbar living in Sherbrooke. Loving father of Craig and Kerry (Sidney Paton); cherished grampy of Nathaniel and Kaitlyn. Also left to mourn are many nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives. He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Resting at the Plymouth Trinity United Church (380 Dufferin, Sherbrooke), on Thursday October 6, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday October 7, 2011 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM, the Rev. Robin Osborne officiating. Burial at the Elmwood Cemetery, Sherbrooke. The family would like to thank everyone on the 3rd and 5th floor of the Argyll Pavillion for their kind and professional care given to Mr. Philbrick. In lieu of flowers, donations the the Plymouth Trinity United Church, Fund for the Future, 380 Dufferin Street, Sherbrooke, Qc, J1H 4M7 or a foundation of your choice would be appreciated.
