Mr Peter Moret 1939-2026
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Peter Moret, at the age of 87, on April 2, 2026, at the CHUS-Hotel Dieu in Sherbrooke, Quebec. He was the son of the late Hermann Moret and the late Charlotte Murray Cheston.
Peter leaves to mourn his wife: Jane Montgomery; his children: John and Andrea (Marvin Neill); his granddaughter: Harley Marie Telgen; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law: Joan Beger (Lee Nichols) as well as other family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at the St-Andrew’s Cemetery in Richmond, QC at a later date.
As a memorial tribute, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Quebec Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to Dr Maxime Bouvier, Dre Èva Cordeau, Hélène Laplante, Vickie Lussier, Isabel Talbot, Sophie Lagassé and all the staff who were also very caring.
