At the East Angus CHSLD, on April 20, 2026, Mr. Daniel Fricker passed away peacefully at the age of 90. He was the son of the late Franklin Fricker and the late Elisabeth Cossitt, and the beloved husband of the late Yolande Marois.
He is survived by his son, Patrick (Heidi Fricker), and his daughter, Angèle (Sylvain Vallée); his grandchildren, Alexander, Luke, Cédric, and Zachary; and his sisters, Judee (Edward) and Susan (the late Charles). He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and John. He also leaves behind his dear friend, Gilles Rivard, who will deeply miss him.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Steve L. Elkas Funeral Complex, Bistro Room (4230 Bertrand-Fabi Street, Sherbrooke), on August 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
A Celebration of the Lives of Daniel and his beloved wife, the late Yolande Marois, will be held at the same location.
